Yakiniku Kimuchi

Yakiniku Kimuchi is a yakiniku restaurant in the Tanukikoji market in Sapporo that grills beef, pork, and gopchang. Its signature dish is negishio tan topped with plenty of green onion, and it also serves a kimchi platter and naengmyeon. Meat is grilled on a gas burner, so the room fills with smoke, and coats are hung outside or bags placed in plastic bags. Prices are on the high side overall.
