Wagyu Ishizaki is a yakiniku restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, a three-minute walk from Susukino Station. Every seat is in a private room, and the yakiniku course brings several cuts of wagyu along with hoe, salad, beef sushi, and lemon sorbet. The course takes about two hours, staff tell you how long to grill each piece, and the smokeless roaster leaves almost no meat smell on you afterward. Prices are on the high side.
