Ushitosakana

The Wagyu × Seafood Hokkaido is a restaurant on the basement first floor near Sapporo Mega Don Quijote that serves Hokkaido seafood and wagyu rice bowls. Salmon bowls and wagyu bowls can be topped with salmon roe, uni, and sweet shrimp, and katsuobushi broth is poured over the remaining rice to finish as ochazuke. Orders are placed through a Korean-language QR menu, and the salmon can be eaten raw before being switched to aburi or ochazuke. Food takes time to arrive and the rice bowl portions are on the small side.
