Ucchi

Bar Ucchi is a small bar on the second floor of Noren Yokocho at Sapporo's Nijo Market, serving seafood and vegetables prepared in an Italian style. It uses seasonal Hokkaido seafood and vegetables and pairs them with Italian wines chosen by the owner-chef. The space has an open kitchen with a counter and about two tables, and reservations are required. The owner-chef runs it alone on some days, so food comes out slowly, and with few seats it is tight for four people to share several dishes.
