Torijin

Robatayaki Torijin is a one-person yakitori restaurant in the basement of a building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, serving chicken skewers and udon. The tsukune is dipped in egg yolk, and the chicken breast is grilled until tender with no gamy smell. The owner handles six to seven groups alone, so food takes a long time to arrive when the restaurant is busy. Sake and shochu are available in a range of options.
