THE GARDEN SAPPORO HOKKAIDO GRILLE

The Garden Sapporo Hokkaido Grille is a restaurant on the third floor of Sapporo TV Tower that serves course meals built around Hokkaido ingredients and looks down over Odori Park. The courses come out in sequence: Hokkaido pork braised in 12-hour beer, salad, fish, and dessert, with Yoichi grape juice available alongside. Dishes are finished at the table rather than fully plated in the kitchen, and the view extends past Odori Park to the Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium. It is a place people go to for anniversary lunches and birthday meals.
