TATSUMURA TONKATSU

Tonkatsu Tazumura Daimaru Sapporo is a tonkatsu restaurant inside the Daimaru department store in Sapporo. It serves ebi hire katsu set meals, katsudon, and rosu kare, with a sauce and yuzu accompaniment that differs from the Korean style. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m., and the lunch wait can be under 20 minutes or run over an hour. Rice can be refilled, and the fry coating sometimes separates from the meat and comes out dark.
