Sushi Yoshina

Sushi Yoshina is a counter sushi restaurant on the first floor of the F45 Building in Sapporo, serving sushi and drinking snacks. Customers order single items such as torotaku, shima aji, chutoro, boiled octopus, and shimesaba, moving from snacks to nigiri. The shop has only a counter and is small, so reservations are required and orders are placed without a menu. The head chef cooks alone and talks with customers, so food takes time to arrive.
