Sushi Natsume Bettei

Sushi Natume Bessho is a sushi restaurant on the basement first floor of a building in Susukino, Sapporo, serving sushi and omakase courses. The lunch set has each piece of sushi made in front of you, one at a time. When you book, allergies are checked first, so shrimp, crab and shellfish are replaced with other ingredients, and wasabi is grated fresh. Even without Japanese, food explanations are given in English and with a translation app, and the space is quiet and comfortable.
