Sushi Dokoro Akatsuki

Sushi Dokoro Akatsuki is in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, and serves a sushi omakase course prepared by a chef with Michelin experience. The course uses Yamayuki tuna and the sushi is served one piece at a time. The chef explains the ingredients as the course proceeds and comes out to greet guests when the meal ends. Without Japanese, the explanations are skipped or have to be asked for separately, which makes communication difficult.
