Sumo Chaya Keidaien is a Japanese restaurant in the North Plaza building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, reachable directly from the Chikaho underground walkway. It serves chanko nabe, chanko ramen, and lunch sets that include ginger pork and rice with a regular-size chanko ramen, along with teppan pork steak and several kinds of nabe. Being on basement floor 1, it is hard to spot from street level, but it is immediately visible when entering from Chikaho. Indoor smoking is allowed, so cigarette smoke from nearby seats is strong during meals.
