Shikihanamaru Tokeidai

Shikihanamaru Tokeidai is a sushi restaurant in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, next to the Sapporo Clock Tower, run by the Nemuro Hanamaru group. It serves sushi and seafood, including raw shrimp sushi, squid, and chawanmushi, and lets diners add individual pieces of sushi they liked after a set.
