すし処 対州

Sushidokoro Taishu is a sushi restaurant on the fifth floor of the Okura Building in Susukino, Sapporo, serving sushi centered on Hokkaido seafood. The omakase course includes sea urchin, king crab, salmon roe, and chum salmon pressed onto red vinegar shari. The counter seats about seven, with a small horigotatsu seating area, and the restaurant fills up often, so a reservation is safer. Smoking is permitted, which does not suit non-smokers.
