SAPPORO NIKUAZABU

SAPPORO NIKUAZABU is a restaurant outside central Sapporo that serves yakiniku by cut. On the Sapporo course, staff grill more than ten kinds of meat and choose a sauce to match each cut. At the bar seats, the owner grills the meat with a flame show and explains the names of the cuts in Korean. Curry and rice are served at the end of the meal.
