Sapporo Ichiryuan

Ichiryu-an Ramen is in the underground shopping arcade in Sapporo and serves a thick miso ramen. The broth adds beef stock to the miso, the noodles are thick and wavy, and corn butter can be added. Payment is made first at a kiosk at the entrance, and the shop seats about 12 people. It is reached only by stairs from the underground arcade, which makes it hard to enter with a suitcase.
