Sakanagoten Sawada

Sakanagoten Sawada is an omakase restaurant near Sapporo Station that serves seafood from Hokkaido. The course includes dishes such as kinki grill, hairy crab, botan shrimp, and sashimi, with ingredients sourced from different parts of Hokkaido and their origins explained. Chef Sawada and his son run the restaurant together, and it has continued for five to six generations. The son explains the food in English, and the course is in a higher price range.
