レストラン ミヤヴィ

Miyavi is a French restaurant a five-minute walk from Nishi 28 Chome Station in Sapporo. It builds dishes around Hokkaido vegetables, adding fish and meat and seasoning them with Japanese spices and sauces. The restaurant is in a basement, and the open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking. Seating is limited, so reservations are required.
