Restaurant hache

Restaurant hache serves a French buffet on the third floor of Cross Hotel Sapporo. The spread includes wagyu, foie gras, roast pork, strawberry pair cake, and truffle pasta finished inside a wheel of cheese. On weekends, parties with an 11:30 reservation are seated only once everyone has arrived, seats are rotated during the meal, and the restaurant sometimes fills up entirely through reservations. Desserts draw praise, but the main dishes and meat options are limited in variety.
