Ramen shop Kirita Seimen

Kirita Seimen is a ramen shop in Sapporo that serves shoyu, miso, curry, black shoyu, and ebi shio ramen. It is located on the basement floor of the Seiko Mart building next to Hotel Resol Sapporo, and also in front of the Jozankei shuttle bus stop. The shoyu ramen has umami, and you can add chashu, a finishing bowl of rice, or extra noodles, while the ebi shio has a strong shrimp aroma. Orders are placed at a kiosk and ramen comes out in under three minutes, with cases of eating without waiting even around 7:30 p.m., though the space is small and not suited to large groups.
