Pasta Shaberitai is a pasta restaurant on the second floor of Tanukikoji 4-chome in Odori, Sapporo. It serves pasta with tomato sauce, meat sauce, and soy sauce bases, including dishes such as eggplant and bacon in tomato sauce, cheese and tuna tomato, and mentaiko pasta, all of which can be ordered in large portions. The seating is mostly counter seats, where solo diners typically sit, and the restaurant fills up quickly around lunchtime. Payment is cash only.
