NYU MEAT serves steak and burgers made from Hokkaido dairy cattle. It sits on the second basement floor of MOYUK Sapporo, near the intersection of Tanukikoji and Ekimae-dori. The shop is small, with a few tables and counter seats, and the steak comes with pepper sauce. The meat is tough and dry.
