kitchen Opela(キッチン オペラ)

Kitchen Opela is a small bar in the Tanukikoji shopping arcade serving Italian and other international dishes. The menu runs from pizza and pasta to fish and chips and pho, with beer, wine, whisky and rum available. The owner cooks alone and speaks little, so food takes time to arrive. There are cases of the owner pushing customers or laughing at them right after they enter.
