Keyaki

Keyaki Susukino Honten is a ramen shop in Susukino, Sapporo, that serves miso ramen. The miso ramen contains vegetables such as cabbage, lard, and minced meat instead of chashu, and corn butter ramen can also be ordered. Customers buy a meal ticket from the vending machine at the entrance and hand it to staff, and the ramen comes out in about five minutes. Seating is only 7 to 9 counter seats, and waits of over an hour are common because the shop is small.
