Ristorante K Dash is a Western-style restaurant in the basement of a building set east off the main street in front of Sapporo Station. At lunch it serves only wonton noodles, with a broth of Hokkaido kelp, vegetables and spices, Yumechikara wheat noodles, and wontons filled with chicken, pork and roasted vegetables. Around 1 p.m. on weekdays you go down the basement stairs and through a red door, choose regular or large noodles, grind the sansho that comes separately, and receive jasmine tea at no charge. The lunch menu is wonton noodles alone, so the choice is narrow.
