Juwari Soba Zen is a soba restaurant in the basement of an office building in the Chuo Ward of Sapporo, near Sapporo Bus Center Mae and the Sosei River East area. It serves juwari soba, with lunch sets that pair mori soba or kake soba with chicken katsu don or rice. After finishing the soba, diners mix the sobayu in the red container into the dipping sauce. Being underground, it is hard to find from the entrance.
