JIZAI

JIZAI is an eight-seat yakiniku restaurant in Sapporo that serves Abe beef and rare wagyu cuts. Meat is grilled one piece at a time and eaten course-style alongside wine or sake. With only eight seats, a reservation is almost required. The portions are small, so this is not a meal for eating until full.
