彩ノ匠 irodori

Irodori is a seafood izakaya in a shopping arcade across from Nijo Market in Sapporo, serving kaisendon and uni rice bowls. The kaisendon includes salmon, tuna, scallop, shrimp, and flying fish roe, and a set combining oden with a mini seafood rice bowl is also available. Orders are placed on a Korean-language tablet menu, and the owner handles service. The uni sometimes leaves a slight bitterness and fishy taste.
