Ichimi

Ichimi is a soba restaurant on the basement first floor of the Daido Seimei Sapporo Building, connected directly to Sapporo Station by an underground walkway. It serves noodle dishes closer to soba and udon, including pork stew soba, soy milk tantanmen, and Taiwan-style maze soba, along with alcohol and snacks. Seating is available, soba is ordered through a ticket machine, and drinks and snacks are ordered by speaking to staff. On weekends and holidays it runs soba and drinking together, so daytime drinking is possible.
