Hitsuji

Hitsuji is a Jingisukan restaurant in an alley near Susukino in Sapporo, serving lamb grilled over charcoal. The Hokkaido lamb can be ordered by cut or as a set, and it carries little of the smell associated with lamb. The wait is long enough that reservations are advised, with waits of up to an hour and a half. Prices are on the high side.
