Hinode Soba

Hinode Soba is a standing soba and udon shop in the basement level of the Hinode Building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, connected to Exit 10 of Odori Station. Customers choose between soba and udon and order variations such as kake soba, tenpura soba, or tsukimi soba. After buying a meal ticket from the vending machine, food comes out in about 5 to 10 seconds, and the line moves quickly during meal times. There is only standing seating, so your legs get tired.
