Hamburg Steak North Continent -MACHI NO NAKA- is a Japanese-style Western restaurant in Sapporo that serves hamburg steak made from beef, deer, and lamb. Each piece of steak is grilled one at a time on a hot stone, and diners choose a sauce such as demiglace or wine sauce. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code, and diners select the amount of rice, a pre-meal and post-meal drink, and miso soup. Because the type of meat, sauce, and toppings must all be chosen together, deciding takes time at the menu.
