Hachibousei

Tsukemen Hachibose is a shop near Susukino in Sapporo that serves chewy tsukemen noodles and rice bowls. You choose one extra soup base such as shrimp, spicy, or rich on top of the standard soup, and the lunch set comes with a rurohan or chicken tataki rice bowl. At the entrance kiosk, you pick a meal ticket using the Korean menu board, and food usually arrives in about ten minutes. Payment is cash only.
