Goemon

Goemon is an Italian restaurant in the Aurora Town underground shopping arcade in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and serves pasta eaten with chopsticks. It offers about 20 items, including Japanese-style pasta, Japanese-style Western pasta, and dishes made with cheese and bacon. Water is drawn by customers from a water server near the entrance, orders are placed by mobile, and before 18:00 on weekdays seating is often at the counter, with the restaurant tending to fill up around 18:30. The pasta can be thin and watery, and the sauce does not cling well to the noodles.
