Genghis Khan Shika-to Kuma

Jingisukan Shika to Kuma is a jingisukan restaurant at the end of Tanukikoji in Sapporo that grills deer, bear, and Hokkaido lamb. The deer is lean with little gamey smell, the bear has good fat flavor, and hogetto and raw lamb are grilled as well. The deer and bear meat are tender with little gamey smell, so they are easy to eat. The portions of meat are on the small side.
