Fujiya Noodle

Fujiya Noodle Ramen sits inside Okcho in Sapporo and serves miso ramen, shoyu ramen, and tsukemen. The miso ramen has a deep broth and thick noodles, while the tsukemen is served in a style that mixes udon and ramen. Orders are placed at a kiosk from a counter with seats for only seven or eight people, and there was a wait of about ten minutes even around 10 p.m. There is no air conditioning inside, so it is hot in summer.
