French Panda

French Panda is a casual bistro in a Sapporo basement serving French and Italian dishes with wine by the glass. The risotto panda has a rich, heavy flavor, the potato salad adds a crisp texture, and the ragù pasta carries a meat aroma. Japanese and Hokkaido wines can be chosen in a space with pandas on display, and local customers make up much of the crowd. The large interior makes it hard to focus on the food and wine.
