Dashi-Chaduke + Nikuudon

Dashi-Chaduke + Nikuudon is a restaurant in the underground passage of Sapporo Station that serves ochazuke and meat udon. The nikuudon comes with soft, chewy noodles in a broth containing katsuobushi and ginger, while the seafood ochazuke is eaten by placing toppings on rice and pouring dashi over it. Orders are placed at a kiosk that supports Korean, and the seating is entirely counter seats, which makes it convenient for eating alone. There are no tables for facing others.
