Banraiken Second Stage

Nidaime Manraiken is a ramen shop in Sapporo Ramen Yokocho that serves miso, shoyu, and shio ramen. Its signature dishes are miso corn butter ramen and the Manraiken special miso, with chashu and vegetables grilled to order for each bowl. The shop has only counter seating, with 6 to 7 seats in front of the kitchen, where one chef boils noodles for each order. Seating is limited to the counter and the number of seats is small, so seats may not be available depending on the time of day.
