Asahi ga Noboru Made

Asahi ga Noboru made is a small ramen shop in Sapporo that serves miso ramen and shoyu ramen. Its representative menu items are chashu shoyu ramen, chashu miso ramen, and a spicy miso ramen suited to Korean tastes. The chashu is large and the portions are generous, so one bowl is filling, and the miso ramen broth is rich without being heavy. There are only about six seats, so when the shop is full you have to wait outside.
