Akaboshi

Akaboshi is a small ramen shop at the end of the Tanukikoji shopping arcade in Sapporo, serving shio, shoyu, and miso ramen. The signature shio ramen comes with a clear, light broth, curly fresh noodles, and dried seaweed on top. Customers choose from a Korean menu, buy a meal ticket from a cash machine, and hand it to the counter, and the food arrives within 2 to 5 minutes after ordering. There are only 6 to 9 bar seats, so waiting is required when it is crowded.
