Truffle Mini Sapporo Stellar Place is a bakery inside Stellar Place, near Sapporo Station. It sells a Hokkaido-exclusive white truffle salt bread, along with seaweed butter salt bread and cream French bread. On weekdays at 11 a.m. you can buy without waiting, but in the evening the line runs five to six people and can take close to an hour. Only one register is in operation, which lengthens the wait.
