Sugar Man

Sugar Man is a small pastry shop selling cakes, baked sweets, and crepes, located in front of Higashihonganji in Sapporo. The signature crepe is cooked to order, crisp at the edges and served warm through to the cream inside. The shop holds sugar art and character decorations made by the pastry chef, with a few simple chairs for eating. There is no parking lot, so nearby coin parking must be used.
