Standard Coffee Lab. Sapporo Mitsukoshi is a cafe on the fourth floor of the Sapporo Mitsukoshi department store. It serves coffee, matcha lattes, and cake, along with croque monsieur and cheese toast, and window seats look out over the street. Staff bring a menu to the table and carry ordered drinks and food there, and latte art is drawn differently with each order. The space is small and holds few seats.
