Otto Kissa

Otto Kissa is a retro kissaten near Susukino in Sapporo that serves coffee and food such as Napolitan and pizza toast. Napolitan and coffee are the signature items, and melon soda and cake are also sold. Smoking and non-smoking seats are separated, and a calm Shiba Inu is in the shop. Even with the seats divided, the smell of smoke is strong.
