HALL STAIRS CAFE' Yuraku Building is a coffee shop in the basement of the Yuraku Building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, connected directly to the underground walkway at Odori Station. It serves French coffee, iced coffee, and cafe cappuccino, with cheesecake and toast on the side. The shop opens at 8 a.m. and has a counter, a long table, and tables for three to four people, with jazz and JBL speaker music playing. All seats are smoking, so smoke and its smell are present throughout.
