Cheese & Cafe Caprino sits on the second floor of the former Ishiyama Bookstore in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, and sells imported cheese, cake and coffee. It serves cheese platters with wine and brews drip coffee one cup at a time from freshly ground beans. It opens from 13:00 to 20:00 on Monday and Thursday through Saturday, and until 18:00 on Sunday, with counter and table seating. Seating is limited, so eat-in spots fill quickly, and there is no parking lot.
