Café Hikari

Café Hikari sits in Susukino, Sapporo, and runs as a café by day and under a different name as an izakaya at night. It serves supakatsu and old-style napolitan, and shisha is available outside meal hours. The basement space has counter seats and box seats, and staff lower a partition when a customer sits down next to a box. The entrance is set inside the basement stairway, which makes it hard to find.
