Bostonbake is a bakery near a subway exit in central Sapporo that sells large breads and sandwiches. Its selection includes salt bread, salt basil bread, melon bread, apple pie, and sandwiches, made with Hokkaido wheat. It opens at 8 a.m., the store is spacious, and payment is accepted by tap and electronic money. Many items sell out around 7 p.m., and there is no seating or parking.
