Azabusabo

Azabusabo is a tea house in the Sapporo Chante building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, serving desserts such as anmitsu and bingsu alongside lunch and dinner. For anmitsu, you choose either white syrup or black syrup when ordering, and the cream sweet potato comes in four versions: matcha, red bean, black honey soybean powder, and salt caramel. The shop is spacious with a high ceiling, and green tea is poured instead of water, with staff refilling the cup when it is empty. Bingsu is sold from June, and orders are placed at the table with payment made at the register.
