Wine Man is a wine bar in Sapporo that focuses on natural wines served by the glass. A sommelier asks about your preferences and recommends wines without a menu, and the bar also offers a by-the-glass pairing course. At the counter you can hear explanations of the wines and food pairings, and staff can assist in English. Note in advance that there is no separate menu.
